All of our instruments are disinfected after each client use and submerged into a salon grade solution.
We also provide disposable tools for each client upon request.
Generally, we send 1 nail technician to do back to back appointments.
If you are having a large group, please notify us and we will let you know how many nail technicians we're able to send.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to deliver our services to you.
We are happy to use your own polish, but we bring an array of frequently used colors for you to chose from.

No we do not use acrylics or dip powder.
We will only soak-off Dip Powder if it’s on your natural nail. We do not soak off hard gels, acrylics or fake nails.

Exfoliating at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment and showering just before your appointment is recommended.
Waxing removes hair from the root, compared to hair removal products like Nair and practices like shaving, which only remove hair from the skin’s surface.
Also, with waxing, hair typically grows back thinner and sparser.
Your hair must be 1/4 inch long for effective waxing. If the hair is too short, it will be difficult to remove.
However, if your hair is longer than 1/4 inch, you may experience more discomfort during the waxing treatment.
If you decide to shave, do it at least 7-10 days before your waxing appointment.
A standard bikini wax removes all of the hair from your bikini area that would be visible if you were wearing a standard bikini.
An extended bikini wax moves downward and inward from a standard bikini.
Brazilian waxing is the most intimate of all waxing services and removes all of the hair in the bikini area and all hair from your backside as well.
Some clients prefer to leave a small amount behind and others prefer to go completely bare, the decision is entirely up to you.

Moisturize the skin with a hydrating body lotion 24 hours before your session.
Exfoliate with a spa grade exfoliator 24 hours before session.
Complete your shaving or waxing 24 hours before session.
Schedule manicure and pedicure services 2 hours before the spray tan session.
Wear loose-fitting, dark, cotton clothing. Avoid wearing silk, white clothing, closed-toed shoes, socks, restrictive pants, tops, and bras.
Avoid using soaps, shampoos, lotion, or any oil immediately before the tanning appointment. Instead, take a “bird bath” to gently remove residues with hand and water only.
The standard spray tan can take 6-8 hours to develop. During this time there must be no contact with water or lotions.
The rapid Spray tan takes 1 - 4 hours to develop. During this time there must be no contact with water or lotions.
One hour is recommended for a light tan, 2 - 3 hours for a medium tan and 3 - 4 hours for a dark tan.

Each service has a set duration so it’s important that you tell us ahead of time which services you want.
If your nails are in poor condition and our nail technicians aren't able to deliver the service in the allotted time, we recommend that you book an additional future appointment.
Appointments booked online are only a request. Once we have an availability we will email you with the date and times. You will receive a confirmation email explaining the date and times of the confirmed appointments. Please read your appointment email details and the instructions in the notes section.
You will be charged 24hours before your appointment in order to keep your appointment. We accept Venmo, our account name is @handinhome (please add us).
Please do not pay the spa therapist by cash or check for the service charges.
They will not accept it. They will only accept their tips.
Although we love doggies, we ask that you put them away while your spa therapist completes your services.
Failure to do so might cause interruptions during your service.
You have the option to not receive a service that you've booked or change the appointment (if there is time and it’s available by that spa therapist).
However, you will be charged the greater value for all appointments booked for that day, whether you decide not take the service.
Appointments typically start at the scheduled time.
However, as our technicians are travelling from other client appointments and sometimes encounter traffic, please be prepared for us to arrive 15-30 minutes earlier or 15 minutes to 1 hour later than your scheduled time.
Your tips are appreciated. Our spa therapist work very hard and we encourage tipping them at least 20%. Please tip in cash.

You must cancel within 48 hours to avoid full charges for the service.

We do not accept cancellations by phone or text.
There will be a $50 rescheduling fee for appointment changes within 48 hours. If we arrive at the appointment and you are not home, will be charged in full.
Our tools are cleaned before and after each client.
We also use disposable items where needed.
You may also provide your own disenfected tools and items to be used during your appointment.

There is a non-refundable deposit required for large groups and weddings. Weddings must be paid in full 7days before the appointment.
