Cancellation Policy

PLEASE EMAIL THE MOBILE SPA 48Hours IN ADVANCE TO CANCEL APPOINTMENTS We require 48hrs notice (email & call) for ALL Cancellations to avoid the FULL charges or rescheduling fee for the services booked. Appointments made within within 48Hrs, and cancelled within 12hrs will be charged a $50 rebooking fee in order to continue booking services at Hand In Home LLC. Appointments booked within less than 24 hours are required to reschedule at-least 6 hours before your service starts, to avoid the Non-refundable/Non-transferable Reservation Fee of $50. If you are late for your appointment, your services WILL be altered to fit the remaining time. You will be charged for requested additional time, if it's available. You Will be charged in Full for same day cancellations and No Shows. Please expect us to be 30 minutes early to 1Hr late due to traffic and other factors! Please be aware that using a credit card to pay incurs a 3.5% service fee. When paying via Zelle handinhomeack@gmail.com or Venmo @handinhome, there is no fee.
