SPA appointments can be booked online, on the Vagaro App or by emailing us. In order to book outcall spa appointments, services must have a minimal charge of $100 or there will be a travel fee added per appointment. Our prices already include traveling time fees.
Travel Fees will be Applied to Appointments outside of a 20 minute radius from our local HUB.
Tips are not included in our prices. We ask that clients tip our cosmetologist at-least 20% gratuity for their hard work.

Spa appointment charges are collected after the appointment is completed. We accept cash, credit cards, checks and gift cards.
All cancellations and date changes must be notified within 24 hours.
Appointments cancelled and dates changed in less than 24 hours will be charged with the credit card on file.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of your scheduled services in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 100% of the services reserved in order to continue booking services at Hand In Home.
If you have booked your appointment with less that 24 hours between your booking time and scheduled appointment you are required to cancel 3 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee.
Appointments rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are required to pay a Same Day Rescheduling Fee of $50.
Appointments booked with less than 3 hours of time between when the appointment was made, and when the appointment was scheduled to take place are not subject to this policy. While there is no fee applied for these cancellations, you may be required to leave a credit card on file in order to book future appointments if this happens more than once.
Please note that cancellations can only be made through online or through calling the salon.
We DO NOT accept cancellations by email.
If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the mobile salon and let us know. We will call any late clients 5 minutes into their scheduled start time, but if we have not been able to contact you, your appointment time may be reopened and/or given away. If we show up and you are not home for your appointment your services may be altered to fit the remaining time. If this happens you will still be responsible for the full amount of the services booked.
Please expect us to be 15 minutes early to 30 minutes late due to traffic.
Rights To Refuse Service
We have a no refund policy on services completed at our salons. We offer complimentary fixes within 3 days of the service completion;
pending management approval.
Unopened packages have 7 days to be returned.
Please inform us of any medical situations such as, diabetes, funguses, extremely thick toenails, allergies, laser treatments etc., before booking your SPA and Nail appointments for the safety of yourself and the Technicians. In any case where nail appointments cannot be performed upon arrival because of any of these reasons, the client will be charged in FULL.
